I hate that I have to put up no trespassing signs on my property. People have no respect for anything nowadays.
I also hate that I had to call not one but two freaking real estate "professionals" and tell them my property wasn't for sale and hadn't been in over a year.


On a side note, anybody know how hard it is to put up an electric fence?

I find claymores much more effective than signs or fences

Not very, just need wire and a charger. Can set up a decent fence for less than $250.

I'd actually prefer the AK or the AR to a sign or a fence.

What a country this would be if we could shoot trespassers on sight.

Ah, I would love to put one up but I actually think my neighbors are too freaking stupid to realize it was electric.

What were they calling about, since your property hasn't been for sale in over a year. What happened?

Damn I wish I had a few of those for deer season every year.

Granted I took this all with a grain of salt but it still ticked me off...
The neighbor told me this afternoon that their realtor asked them [about 6 wks ago] if they were interested in buying my property. I called one realty company & they said it was another company who was doing it. I called that company, they said it was the first one I called.
Now there were a bunch of properties up here for sale last year when we bought our place. The neighbors bought the last piece of property up here. I could understand if we had just bought our place but we bought it last year.

Who knows with a Realtor. I also sent you a PM.

If your dictating is over.

I just know that I won't do business with them in the future if I don't have to. It may have just been an innocent mistake by the realtor but the seed of doubt has been placed in my mind.

Times are slow and they're not making money. I was in the business for 7 years - I've seen some real dirty stunts pulled by realtors in tight/competitive markets. It's not at all difficult to check records before trying for a sale (and its a pretty important step there...).

Also, in another possible scenario of realtor error, it's not acceptable to be trying to sell a property and not know where the proper property lines are.

In the future, should you need a realtor, there are plenty more out there to choose from, and you could do an exclusive listing or purchase contract if you so desired.

We've gone through one realtor in both of our dealings. She's always been fair and honest with us.

I'm more worried about the new neighbors than the realtor. The old saying is sooooo true. Good fences make good neighbors.

Elp, on a side note, I was at the jonesville walmart today and saw a bunch of A Christmas Story stockings & decorations. That walmart still has a bunch of christmas stuff left unlike norton's.

If all veggies are free on Subway subs, why aren't veggie-only subs free.. or $0.50 or $1...?

Why is there only a difference of maybe a dollar on a 6" veggie vs a 6" turkey? Does the bread cost that much more than meat?

Today, I enjoyed my last trip to Pals... lord.. That Double Big Pal with cheese, large frenchy frye, and sweet tea... God.. that's all I ate today.. but dang.. mmmmm so good

It's ham chunks, cheese and eggs. Tastes good, but sits like a rock.

I think my intestines would run away if I ever ingested another.

I was thinking maybe deli ham like they use for the ham and swiss. That would be better to be folded in with the cheese and eggs.

That probably would have been better. Hell, I could have done without the egg. Just ham & swiss on a tortilla wouldn't be bad.

I'm moving to Australia. I leave Friday.

but yeah, I start my graduate school classes in about 2/3 weeks.
